The Euro Cup and London Olympics are on the edge and I want to enjoy it in 3D but I am unsure of which brand to go for.

LG (Lifes Good) Brand
If I were buying I’d go for Samsung as they recently invested a lot in R&D and they’re a rapidly growing brand
.
I’d definitely say Sony just by quality of the ones I seen.. But really you gotta ask yourself: do I really want to wear glasses everytime I watch something, could you watch a full movie without gettin a head ache? Are you going to have enough glasses for everyone, they are pricy! 3d is a cool concept, but lets get real for a second.. It isn’t perfected yet, their will be way better ones in a couple years. Ya really wanna drop 3grand? Be smart, plasma bro
I honestly wouldn’t buy a 3D TV. I understand you have specific events in mind you want to watch but the technology is still in its infancy and give it a year good passive 3D TVs will be on the market with no need to glasses. The glasses will seem a rather dated concept.Once the novelty wears off I think you’re better off with a good quality HDTV.
That said, it is a personal choice and if that’s what you want fair enough. Panasonic make the best TVs in my opinion, especially their top of the range models. Better value sets look at LG, maybe not the most established but in fact they actually make screens for many of the large name brands who rebadge them and incorporate them in to their sets.
London Olympics are going to have a great effect on the market share of 3d TVs. I bought a 47” LG 3D TV few days back as I wanted to enjoy the Euro Cup in 3D. The picture quality in it is pretty good and I got five pairs of 3D glasses with it so I didn’t have to buy any extra for my family.
PMSL at this answer LG (Lifes Good) Brand
lg means Lucky Goldstar NOT life good
the best brand of tv is panasonic they win more awards for there tv’s than any other brand and if your after a new 3d tv i would highly recommendhttp://www.whathifi.com/review/panasonic…
or if your wanting a bigger tvhttp://www.whathifi.com/review/panasonic…
In response to another persons statement LG is in fact, “Life’s Good”. They changed their slogan from Lucky Goldstar years ago. (companies do that if you didn’t know)
3D is done great by many comopanies. It all comes down to the glasses IMO. If you dont mind slightly heavier glasses, go for panasonic’s plasma 3D TVs.
If you want lighter 3D glasses, lake a look at LG’s LM series passive 3D sets.
