i am a football/soccer player and i’m trying to get in the best shape of my life right now and i do a lot of exercise so i want to know the period of rest i need. i’m only thinking a couple hours at most not days. Also i’ll do about 3.5 miles of sprints/jog. Then later in the day an intense session of dribbling a ball to increase my foot skill. All i need to know is how much of a break between the two.
