How Frequent Should I Workout?

I play australian football twice a week which is a contact sport and quite cardio intensive. Sometimes doing exercise after(muscle building).
Should i do an intense workout 2-3 times a week thats approx 1.5-2hrs OR should i workout 5-6 times a week for 1hr?

I am 14 years old and I want something to get me more energized before I go to the gym. I also play football and I want to know if there’s one thats good for both. I need some suggestions on what pre workout protein shake to get.

Best All Around Workout Routine?

Alright, so before the football season starts I want to workout as much as I can. I want to build a lot of muscle fairly quickly and then be consistent the rest of the time. Take note that I do have access to a gym. So I would like to see answers that include:
1: Name of workout.
2: Amount of reps.
3: What to do on what day of the week.
Best answer gets 10 points.

I have practice on wednesday and scrimmages on saturday, i workout on monday and friday, i do full body power workout. First I do my plyometrics and then do squats, bench, pull ups, dumbbell curls and crunches. On tuesday I rest for wednesday practice, i rest again on thursday and do my workout again but do less reps and sets. I need to get my endurance and speed training in my schedule, i was thinking of doing lower body power training with no plyometrics on monday and then immediately after lifting to do speed and endurance training. rest my legs on tuesday but do upper body and then go to practice on wednesday. Rest on thursday but lift on friday by doing full body workout. sounds like a good workout plan? give me any advice if there is anything wrong or how to improve it.

But when I have worked out for the past week my body isn’t feeling sore, I don’t know why bc I hve raised the weight I was using before but I feel perfectly fine the next day. I stretch before and after my workouts and I stay hydrated. And I drink a protein shake after I’m don. Is my workout still effective if I don’t feel it the next day? What should I do??

Im a 22 year old male looking to walk on to my college football team as a lineman. Im 6’3 305 lbs right now. Any tips from past football players and lineman are extremely encouraged.

Best Post Workout Protein Drink?

Im 15 and play football( running back and linebacker)
weight-170 height 5’8″
bench 215 squat 350
Im looking for a new protein that really shows results. i want to gain a good 10lbs in muscles before summer practice starts. also i want good gains in my lifting. so the best protein that you can recommend
also with what results i want should it be more of lean muscle building protein or more of a mass building protein.
How should the protein be taken(like how many times and other stuff)
in addition, is it better to only take protein after workout or should i get one that is ment to be taken a few times a day?

after school since im a varsity tennis player i have to do conditioning and weighlifting stuff after school with my coach. i exercise in this extra gym facility that my school has, now since football is over the football guys work out in there too. my brother is one of hte football guys and majority of them im friends with and they say hi to me if they walk by.
i do squats, abb workouts and other stuff to streghten my upper body. i notice guys look at me when i work out. my friends describe my body as im skinny, have strong attractive legs not stick but muscle type not super but noticable( i used to do gymnastics so i have strong legs), awsome abbs and i have the perfect curvy body. i also get complemented on how pretty i am.
my coach has me do 3 sets of 10 pullups, i can do them by myself with no help and i notice guys look at me when i do those too.( is that attractive?)
my coach also has me do 20 min of constant sprinting back and forth, i used to also do track in middle school so i am a fast runer
my coach has me hit the tennisball against this open area wall for 20 min. i hit the tennis ball back and forth and the point is to see how long i can consecutively hit the tennis ball. i hit it hard core and my coach yells at me if im just volleying so when i get intense i try not to but i grunt someitmes and make faces. guys look at me when i do that too.
all of the guys know im a varsity tennis player and a honors student so…..
but do u think they find watching me workout attractive, do u think they find me lifting weights and doing pullups attractive?
answer the last question to please!

I was wondering if I will benefit from eating protein before football, cycling, running etc.
