While looking at the qualifiers for the next FIFA World Cup in Brasil and I saw this article about the 2016 UEFA and that it will consist of 24 teams instead of 16. How will this new format work out? Will it have like 6 groups and then the top 2 teams make it through while the 3rd place teams of each group go into a new group of 6 teams and then out of those 6 teams 4 make it through.
