My aim is to get a team of really young players together early (to snap up all the talent) and bring them through to a really successful team at adult level (not a pro club, i am a realist 
). I know first you’d have to teach them the basics, but after that how do you train on becoming a total footballing team (arsenal style, not to that level but you get me ) and have a good shape to our game. Also, how do you introduce discipline into the team yet keep a good spirit? i have a good football know-how being on the books with proffessional clubs myself.
