I pre-ordered FIFA 13 for PC and I realized the pre-order bonus of steelbook is only for PS3 and 360 and I don’t have those consoles. So I was wondering can I pre-order it today (game comes out 25th September) and then pick it up and keep the bonus and return the game? And can you return to any gamestop?

So i returned my puma shoes to footlocker half a month after i bought them because they were size 9.5 so i went back to the store and got them same shose exept they were size 9 so now i havnt worn till now in my house a bit so i know if they are ok for my trip and i didnt know they were too big. At the store they felt fine. So i am still within the 60 day limit of return and exchange and i want to know if i can exchange them for the same shose exept size 8 or 8.5 because i need them for a hiking trip because they have good traction and latley i ve been playing lots of american football and i cant run with my other shose can i return them ? I like them tight.
