I tried to install FIFA 12 but it didn’t work…It installed but when I clicked on the game all I can see is a big black screen…

I have a 2gb ram and processor intel core 2 duo @ 2.93ghz .. Will an additional 2gb ram and graphic be able to work my the game ??
Hey I wanted to ask the expected requirements of Fifa 13 as I wanted to upgrade my computer .my budget is 200$ for the upgradation , I currently have core 2 duo with 2gb ram and no graphic card with 250 gb memory . Also suggest a motherboard ,good cheap graphiccard and suitable ram under my budget
