Hello,
So I am officially a Grade 9 referee and I had just taken a 2 day course about a month or so ago. We were supposed to get the official booklet of the 17 Basic Rules of soccer ( http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/footballdevelopment/refereeing/81/42/36/lawsofthegame_2012_e.pdf ) as part of the session on the first day, but the booklets sent were in Spanish. The instructor said we would get them next course, but the next day there was a different person and I guess no one had told him that we never got them and so he didn’t give them to us. Now, I understand that it was a miscommunication and that’s okay, but I was just wondering if there was anywhere online that I could just get it sent to me by mail for free. Obviously I know I can just print it out, but if I don’t have to waste paper and I could just get an official booklet sent for free that would be great. If all else fails, I will just e-mail the head of refs in my county and just ask for one to be sent to me. But if there is a way I could get one sent to me without the hassle that would be great!
