every game im in its like you attack i attack you attack i attack and that keeps going for the 90 mins and every time i have possesion all my players are running up the way instead of staying in there defensive positions so its pretty much telling me i need to start another attack

I’m just your average junior guy in high school. I’m going to college in about a year in a half, so I’m trying to develop some habits to keep from procrastinating.
I want to make myself run 2 to 3 miles after school for soccer, so how do I get my body to do this? I want to make it just as much of a habit as going to school everyday.
How can I make myself complete homework on time and study for tests without procrastinating?

My aim is to get a team of really young players together early (to snap up all the talent) and bring them through to a really successful team at adult level (not a pro club, i am a realist
). I know first you’d have to teach them the basics, but after that how do you train on becoming a total footballing team (arsenal style, not to that level but you get me
) and have a good shape to our game. Also, how do you introduce discipline into the team yet keep a good spirit? i have a good football know-how being on the books with proffessional clubs myself.
