i seen a video about the olympics 2012 this is useful as i have been asked to prepair a presentaion on the olympics to my local council as the torch came to my hometown. i want to take the video of youtube and make it my introduction to my presentaion but my sister who is lawyer says its illeagal and i could get done for copyright and the person or orginsation who made it can sue me but its a relly good video and i want to use it as it will relly impress the reps at the meeting. i want to edit the video to make it look as if the olympics is going to be at my hometown instead of london. i have messeged the youtube channel that have made it but its a pretty busy channel with lots of subscribers i dont think they will have time to read it and reply back so can i do it. oh yeah heres a link below to show u what im on about. im from the uk btw just incase the law is different if u dont live in the uk if that helps.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1tOSzGVG…

Hi i wanted to upload a video about minecraft but instead it was copyrighted or something by the UEFA? From what i heard its a league of champions type of thing in europe what could i have possibly done to trigger this?

I’m a very passionate fan of Arsenal and one of my biggest hobbies is making videos about them.
But the last two I have made, on Van Persie and Henry, keep getting taken down for copyright.
I was wondering if there was any way at all to bypass this?
I know copyright is a legitimate law and they’re completely legal but it’s very frustrating that I can never show anybody the hours I spent making them.
I’m not trying to make money off their clips or anything! I know why they take it down, but it’s so annoying!
Is there any way to use the ‘fair use’ law to help me? Or can I change the video slightly so it’s technically not they’re clip?
Please can somebody help!
Oh and on my Henry video it wasn’t claimed by the FA Premier League or UEFA, it was taken down by Base 79 Sports? I mean, who are they? What clips do they own?

I went to a football match yesterday and recorded a goal myself with my phone and uploaded it to Youtube, an hour later it was removed because of copyright complaint from FA Premier League. Surely this a mistake as I recorded it myself?
If i capture a video from YouTube(say a football video starring cristiano ronaldo) and upload it to a file sharing website,is it a copyright infringement on the uploader’s video??Am asking this coz,although the uploader has compiled the whole thin but the content is not original..
Ok so I get this email from youtube saying you can submit your video for revenue sharing but the video is a clip from a premier league football game. So they denied it due to copyright. How can I make my video copyright free does it help if I remove sound and hide the TV logo? Or will this make no difference?
