The former referee Massimo De Santis asked for damages with Inter Milan for espionage in a history going up with 2003 baptized “Telecom business” by the Italian press, announced its lawyer, Paolo Gallinelli.De Santis, according to Me Gallinelli, was victim of violation of the private life by illicit means, in particular of investigation into its bank accounts ordered by the president of Inter, Massimo Moratti, which denies the facts. For the same business and similar facts, the ex-attacker of Inter Bobo Vieiri required 21 million euros of damage of the club. Justice has sixty days to convene the two parts for a possible conciliation, specified lawyer of the referee.
