I think Ecuador has been producing some good talent, more than Peru.
I also think that Mexico has talent but they keep them in the national league, most don’t progress very far from there. The CONMEBOL is a lot more competitive, you can’t compare playing Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Chile, Colombia to playing Canada, El Salvador, Honduras, etc.
