About what time did Royal Mail text/email you?
Did the tickets arrive in a box or a package?
What is the content of the box/package?
Please answers honestly and make sure you have received them. You gain nothing out of pretending so dont.

I got emails and texts both the day before and in the morning.
Mine was an A4 card envelope, with the tickets, a summary and a leaflet detailing each sport/venue you are attending.
Watch out though, it’s supposed to be signed for and the Royal Mail forged the signature on the tracking on mine.
