Got stuck with no.35, wondering if any famous players wore that number.

bq would you go to London to see it?

I really am, I always watch it on tv when it is abroad and now its here. All I hear about is people complaining but it is most likely a once in a lifetime event so enjoy it! Bring it on, hopefully the weather won’t be so bad lol

Guys: Do I Have A Chance With My Dream Guy?

Okay so he’s just graduated high school going to college i’m going to be a sophmore. I do tumbling, soccer, and cross-country & he is the star football player. we are both popular and run around in teh same group though we’ve never talked before. but a couple days ago he checked me out and i checked him out too. he’s soo handsome and i’ve never felt this way before I don’t care if it turned in to a friends with benefits or dating. i don’t have his number & don’t know when I’ll see him again…suggestions??? p.s. he’s way out of my league

Long story short I fell in love with the game at age 4. I played until 15 (right before starting HS) and then I tore my acl. I’m from a conservative family so, another long story short, I’m home schooled. After a bunch of re-injuries, and a couple wrong diagnoses, it has been 2 years and I am a month out of ACL reconstruction surgery and on my way to a full recovery. I have still been playing in the two years depending on what my knee could handle, just not on a team. from age 4-14 I played for a travel team and scored roughly 250 goals as the starter striker/ right mid. at 15 I was asked to play for a select team (didn’t even have to try out) and that is when I messed up my knee.
So pretty much what I’m asking is, is it too late? I would love to keep telling myself, “anything can happen” and that “I’ll make it” but it’s just so incredibly competitive. And I’m a smart kid and I love the game… I want it so badly it hurts, but is that enough? By the time I can play on a team again, it will be 3 years since playing competitively. But does it matter? If I work on juggling, foot skills, running July- Nov. will I have what it takes?
Because of home school I was able to skip a grade. So now Im 17, in a small town in NJ, and its May. I am about to get my high school equivalency and I got 1800 on the SAT. I might go to college a year early but then what? I am willing to do what ever it takes. Do I really need the essentials like, ODP, top D1 colleges like UNC, Stanford, UCLA under my belt?
ORU has already accepted me, they’re a D1 school, but very low key. Should I go to college this fall study physical science, do nothing but strengthen my leg, and prepare for next year spring season where I can try out for the D1 team half way through freshman year? Because I’m looking at the long run. Is there, in your opinion, whoever may be reading this, any chance of me being, I don’t know, drafted into WPS (women’s professional soccer) after only 3 years at a under the rug school like Oral Roberts?
I have no encouragement, no help, just myself and what I have to offer… obviously, because I’m here asking yahoo answers. If you want a wider prospective and want to see some of my skills, leave some sort of contact info. I am VERY open to constructive criticism at this point. God bless, and thank you for your time.

What Sport Is Better Football Or Soccer?

people say footballs better cuz of more physical contat but others say soccers better cuz football players cant last 90 minutes on the feld and is also involves phsical contact

EXAMPLES.
Real Football (soccer) is the most popular sport around the world. You are terrible in it.
Formula 1, the elite of motor sports, and one of the most popular competition wordwide. you have good pilots in other competitions like NASCAR, but not in the elite.
You are so weird, you have your own versions of ”football” and your own version of car races.
YOU EVEN DARE TO GO AGAINST THE WORLD, WHEN FOOTBALL IS FOOTBALL IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD, YOU DARE TO MAKE UP A DIFFERENT NAME ”SOCCER”

I am currently studying Travel and Tourism and am doing research on current issues in the UK.
